Description Of Work: WMSI designed this site for the client to allow them to market their companies services to other airports and to attract and handle job applications from potential employees. They are a national company with a large workforce. They are constantly expanding into new markets so they needed an easy way to attract and handle large numbers of job applications.
WMSI built a complete job application handling system that mirrored their paper job application. The system allows for the company to use a grading system to classify each job application to make the task of narrowing down the choices for job hires in each city manageable.
Most Current Work: Updating the site for new airport locations and expanded job listings in the job application program.
Summary: Superior Aircraft Services had a very particular need for their web site and they are reaping the rewards in choosing WMSI to handle it for them. WMSI's experience in building backend database systems allowed for a very fast development cycle and allowed the client to focus on what they do best. The web site immediately brought Return On Investment due to the lowering of the costs of building up their workforce.
